Well appointed place. Very clean and comfortable. Crockery could be in easier to reach cupboards. Good value for money.

We stayed at Gallery 5 the apartment was well located and had lots of great features.
The advertisement for the property advised of foxtel, x box and cappuccino machine none of which were available and was only a pod machine false advertising.
The oven was not working which we rang about and was told someone would ring back - still waiting for the call back had to visit the local chip shop to get chips oven never worked and microwave was not terrific either.
Was advised when to late to cancel that scaffolding was on site and would effect the view. This it did but also had steps on the scaffolding which made it totally unsafe for kids to play outside along with workers constantly leaving the front gate open which made it totally unsafe for kids to be outside which was sad with such great weather.
There were lots of other little things would not stay again.

Modern, Clean and Good Location.
Lovely place to stay and very close to the beach. Hosts were friendly, helpful and kind enough to gift us a dinner voucher since our section had scaffolding all around it. Only issues we had was the lack of wifi and the thin windows that allowed noise from cars driving past to be heard quite well. Perhaps some sound reducing windows would improve. All in all it was a lovely place with a gorgeous beach theme.

My friend and I stayed mid-February and arrived after 3 pm, unpacked, etc. and around 4.45 pm we decided it was wine-o-clock. Well, there was only 1 wine glass, which was in a cupboard up so high we could not reach it. I ended up dragging a dining room chair to said cupboard and standing on it to get to the glass - the effort was worth it! We could not reach the plates/mugs in the higher cupboards either.
Then we could not get the volume up on the TV, so gave up on that. There was also a Foxtel remote and that was useless as well as there was no wi-fi in the apartment.
Then the dishwasher was not unpacked upon our arrival (the cleaner obviously forgot about it), and in most rooms there were down lights out, not much soap next to the sinks and there was no full-length mirror.
The agent called around the next day and tried to “fix” the TV, but she said we had to turn up the volume by pressing a button on the side of the TV……she mentioned that they needed a new TV and I agreed with her. She also brought 6 new wine glasses and took down the crockery from the higher shelves for us to reach them. She also mentioned that she will contact maintenance to rectify the issues.
The beds were very high to get in and out of, but comfortable.
On the plus side, the fridge/freezer was great, the view and location were good and there was plenty of room in the kitchen/living area.
Overall, a pleasant time, but it could have been a lot better, considering the cost/night.

'Luxury' is a bit of a stretch
To be honest our stay was a little disappointing;
1. I did not receive the code for the key box and information on the morning of our checkin. I went into the portal and found the key box code however on arrival at the property we had to work it all out ourselves - electronic gate etc.
1. Kitchen - some of the crockery had cracks in it which is a hygiene issue. There was only 1 wine glass. There were a huge number of teflon coated pots and pans however no plastic or wooden utensils. There were also no decent knives. There was one small wooden board, which was more of a serving board however we had to use this as a chopping board as there weren't any others to be found. Overall the inside of the kitchen cupboards was not that clean and the items were not well organised. I was advised tea towels were provided however there were none and we ended up using one of the bathroom hand towels.
2. Bathrooms - no tissues were provided and very little toilet paper supply (we ran out). The products supplied were cheap supermarket brands, not what I would consider in the 'luxury' category.
3. There was a continual noise in the ceiling outside the bathroom which sounded like an exhaust fan being on.
4. The instructions for the main door handle were confusing and resulted in the entire lock falling out of the fitting on return from the pool one day. I called the number provided in the agreement and a locksmith was arranged. This meant we couldn't go anywhere until he arrived. When he arrived he stated there was no plate covering the lock, which is what holds in all the mechanism, and stated this was ridiculous and it was bound to fall apart on use.
5. There were no instructions on how to use the TV. Despite my adult daughter and I playing with it for quite sometime we could not work out how to access Netflix or any streaming channels like ABC iView etc. There weren't even the full range of the free to air channels.
6. The courtyard area was unkempt with weeds in the garden and no lock on the pedestrian gate, allowing any person off the street access to the yard.
7. There was a lot of 'crap' in the cupboards (old tap fittings, lightshades, pictures etc).
8. The pool area was also unkempt with old, mismatched outdoor furniture and a half-dead garden.
We spoke to some other guests while at the pool and they commented that they 'would not be happy if they had paid full price for their unit as it was substandard', to which we agreed. The noise from the road makes this place very unrelaxing. I think if you want to label it 'luxury' double glazing of the front windows needs to be considered and attention to the things listed above.
