Gallery 4: Victor Harbor

The apartment was amazing, great location, was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that the communication wasn't great - a few days before my booking I went to the website to discover that my payment a month before had failed, and no one had informed me. I again attempted to pay and it said it had gone through, but the money didn't come out of my account. When I emailed, they immediately charged my card successfully - all good. But then I never received the promised email with instructions on where to locate the lock box, where to park, etc on the morning of my booking. I emailed again but didn't receive a reply (still have not), so I had to work all of this out myself when we got there. It would also have been helpful to know that the car park gate would be locked at random times and how to get out - when we left I had to go and get the key back out of the lock box to open the gate that had closed, drive out and return it again. Nevertheless, these communication issues didn't affect our enjoyment of the stay.

Excellent accommodation. Fantastic location very close to the foreshore. Apartment was very well presented it was very clean and with great facilities. Ideal for a young family with an ensuite with spa bath in main bedroom and a second bathroom a range of board games and DVDs in the apartment as well as tennis racquets and tennis for use on the onsite tennis court. Definitely would stay there again.

We walked in with smiles all round... a beautiful, modern place in a great location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We only stayed two nights but would happily return for longer. Highly recommend. The only downside was communication. There were construction workers setting up scaffolding in the yard from 7am each day, which was noisy and meant we kept the blinds closed, missing out on the views and patio - so little relaxing in the home. We weren’t informed beforehand and would have chosen different dates if we had known. We also had to follow up on check-in details, only to learn our deposit hadn’t processed. Once we updated our bank details, access was granted, but clearer communication earlier would have avoided unnecessary stress - we really heard crickets from the company managing the property.

Gallery 4 was excellent rooms. It was just hard to unlock padlock to get the keys out to open said gate for secure parking. Plenty of room for two and very ( CLEAN ) A short walk into Victor Harbour main street, close to cafes ect.

Beautiful stay, outdoor seating with ocean view. The steamed train drove right past front of the house as we sat in the living room.
